This is a custom theme request. I would suggest to contact the extension theme developer from where you originally downloaded the theme to resolve this request.

The default theme should not be used on a live store. A custom theme should rather be used in order to avoid upgrade issues.

I've spent so long on it, if I upgrade the theme do all my products etc stay there or does it all get wiped ?
in theme stylesheet.css find .product-thumb .button-group and add "margin-top:-50px !important;".
