Depending on the mount of extensions you have installed, this file size cannot be controlled once VQMod has been installed. It needs to be cleared regularly and ensuring to run a decent server with great resource.

i have like 10 extensions but is the same extensions that i have in the past on old opencart (2.3.0.2) and in that time i do not have any problem regarding this error .. only now ...

How large are you talking about? It probably won't cause any issues, but if it's getting up to hundreds of MB in size, then that's probably an issue. I've never seen one that large before, though.
If you're not on vQmod 2.6.3, try updating to that, since there may be a caching bug in the version you're using.
