I’ve just noticed on the contact us page the Enquiry part of the form the box is adjustable.

If you look toward the bottom right of the box and hold your mouse / finger over it you will find you can change the size of the box.
*doesn’t affect anything as I can see*

Is this normal and can you make it more a solid box like the boxes above on the form?

Windows 8 and 10 running firefox and chrome (doesnt do it on IE)

This is how most browsers display text areas.
