Broken Store - Help with Hosting Post-Migration Issues (GoDaddy): FTP filepaths changed, store not working, etc.

Hi,

I recently had our fully functional and running OC 3.0.3.2 store migrated from Web Hosting to Linux with cPanel.

Our store is located at www.4rissa.com

After we completed the migration, GoDaddy changed our FTP file structure and this caused the store and website to stop working.

For example, filepath:
4rissa.com/admin/config.php
is now
4rissa.com/public_html/admin/config.php

We also want to make sure our most recent PHP database is properly installed on the domain, containing all past order info, customers, etc. (We do have the backup available if necessary).

I would greatly appreciate if a developer could take a look at this and have it resolved with the store up and running again, we would gladly pay a courtesy fee for the service.
