Opencart 3.0.2.0 very slow Load time 10+ sec

THIS! thank you guys very much, my /vqmod/checked.cache was about 150MB and after deleting it my loading time is back to 0.5s (was well over 5s before deleting checked.cache)

I have a VPS server and I added this to /etc/crontab This deletes the file every day at 4:00AM. Your path to checked.cache may vary of course.

i clear checked.cache in public_html/vqmod

but no idea why this file go large

any one have idea to auto clear this ? from every week or day ?
