Hi, I did all the import through Excelport, but the customers tell me that they no longer have the order history, and actually it is missing at all.
I tried to export via the opencart backup / restore default module, but then uploading it to o.c. 3 gives me "error".
How can I do?

the site works, I have the whole database (orders, customers, products) but the history of the orders within the single customer is missing
