Custom downloadable file per order

Hi,
I would like to sell dowloadable products, with this particularity, that the product is built with options values provided in the order.

The number of combinations of options makes it not possible to just build all the flavors in advance. And more, one of the options is the customer name, adresse... So I really need to match a file to a single order.

The idea is to let the orders in pending status. And set up a nightly job that uses the api to get the orders of the day, generate the corresponding files, upload, link them before changing the status to completed.

Please I am new to opencart. Would any one mind giving me a tip ? Extension ? Design idea ?

My version of opencart is 3.0.3.3

Maybe more details would be nice.
What kind of options?

What I would do is to let the customer make his order.
And after the order was made, build the downloadable package dynamically based on this options.
Therefore no cronjobs or other tasks are needed, and the order can be downloaded within seconds.

Of course there is no ready made Extension still now available, but can be made.

Basically, I am distributing documents
The product is the main content
And through product options he can:

• Specify output format (PDF, EPUB, KINDLE...)
  Check boxes to include various addenda
  Select document geometry (height, width, margins...)
  Choose various layout attributes (font, font size...)
  Give an ISBN to include
  Give contacts to add to the document
  ...

The program that builds the document is external. The extension will just need to call it with the options from order, and upload... the resulting file for the customer.
