I am trying to block shipping to Illinois for the time being until USPS can get the bugs worked out so my packages get delivered to that state, so I went thru and manually added all the states except Illinois. WhenI simulate an order I am still able to ship anywhere in the USA. Is there some other setting in the admin panel I am overlooking?
if you created a geo zone with US and all US States (individually) except illinois and put that as the geo zone for usps then usps should not be given as a shipping option as that would disable usps when illinois is selected.
