On all categories i have i see the left menu, accept one....i do not know how this is possible ?

Did you check from the design & layout assigned to that category.

You would check by
admin => design => layouts
and checking the category module is listed in your column_left (or right).
However it must be since you say it appears in all other categories.

Yes it it listed in the left column.
It is strange because the menu is visible everywhere accept at one sub categorie

Under category Designers > MagicalMoments the menu is missing...

In the admin. Go under the missing category and then the design tab. My guess is you changed the Layout Override.
