Hi ALL,
One of my websites ( OC 3.0.3.2 ) has developed a strange problem, the website is live and all the categories work and all the products in each category are listed and visible , however when you click on a product, any product all you then get is a white blank page ?

If i press the back arrow I go back to the category page again and all products are listed ?

Also if I add a product to my cart, I can see the smaller version of that cart but when I click on shopping cart I again get a white blank page ??

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated

Server logs ? They typically reside in the root of your webspace in a logs folder.

Also check the Opencart logs.

I have check the error log on the server c-panel and these are no current errors, last error was when the site was launched February 2020

Looks like a 500 Internal Server error when adding something to the cart.

If you are using the cPanel UI error log, that won't always show all errors.

Check the logs in the root of your webspace, there should be a logs folder. If you are unable to find it, reach out to the web host explain you are getting a 500 Internal Server Error.

You will need the log to debug the issue.
