error undefined exception when I upload the theme extension

Hi everyone,

This is newly opencart installed enviorment.
I am getting an exception when I try to upload the theme extension.

Message :
error
undefined

Are you able to install other themes ok? If so then there is a problem with this one and you should contact the developer.

This is the first time I am trying to upload theme extension in this setup. I guess this supposed to be permission error but I am unable to identify it solve it.

Opencart Version : Version 3.0.3.6

What theme....?

During the Opencart installation, I move the storage path from default location to another path manually because automatic movement method is not worked for me.
I have done the path configuration in config.php at both root and admin folder. Is there any other config I need to change ?

Oc has its own default theme so we believe we need to know before anyone of us can put you in right direction.

In your url i can see marketplace/ installer did you rename the install folder once you install the OC?

Yes its marketplace theme. theme name called emarket.

I didn't rename anything yet.

First thing first rename the install folder in OC and try again

Possible wrong config files...
Use FTP and upload theme files...

I removed the install folder. I have used this theme in another hosting for testing which was uploaded succesfully so I dont think this is theme file issue.

I have another difficulty using ftp thats the reason I am trying this method to install the extension.
