Every time an order confirmation is emailed to a customer the order status shows as cancelled. This is obviously very confusing for the customer. So can I change the status to pending automatically for each order? Or is there a way to hide the order status form the confirmation email?
Did you set the order statuses correctly in your settings and in your payment module.
