I get fatal error while trying to restore previous back-up

Can anyone help please?

Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: Error: Could not load template

seems like your backup didnt completely restore

By using PHPMyAdmin then accessing your Opencart database. If you're not familiarized with this console, simply use Google or Youtube to see how this database platform works. In addition, there are also available extensions on the Marketplace that delivers this functionality. Lastly, you could always create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum to get this issue fixed as a custom job.

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.
