order history

I have had a few customers saying that when they log into their accounts they cant see their past or present orders, when i go into the customers account i also get no history on previous orders, i saw there is a free extention that might resolve this but it doesnt say it supports my version of opencart 3.0.2.0

Ok, so did you make any changes before this started happening? Any database changes? And upgrades?

I dont tend to touch things as they break, i think this is been going on for some time but i dont see it unless someone points it out, i dont beeive anything was touched, i certainly dont mess under the bonnet, only ever install extensions

Seeing as this isn't an OC bug I've ever heard of it must be one of these extensions.

Do any of them relate to orders?

You might need to disable them 1-by-1 until the issue is fixed.

ve two extentions, royal mail click and drop and catagory based shipping...however, i looked in modifications and there is this error....

Already integrated in the master branch version. It's just not ready for production officially, yet (no official date).

so i guess i should wait for the update?

No probably not. If something is broken with your site, performing an upgrade to a later version will could make things worse, depending in what the issues is. As other have said it could be caused by an extension. Have you checked both your PHP and OpenCart error logs? Have you compared the files on your server against a clean download of your version?

think i need to pay someone to do this
