I can tell from your screenshots that catalog/view/theme/default<or your theme>/template/mail/order_add.twig has been modified. Check the file against the original and work out what has changed.iplocker wrote: ↑Sun Jun 20, 2021 4:09 pmHello.

For the characters issue, check catalog/language/<your language >/mail/order_add.php in a decent text editor.
Hello.
I havent modify anything .
Its a default installation of Opencart 3.0.3.7 version .
The Greek files also are UTF-8 encoding and as Greeks developers saying they have no issues reported .
I remember those issues was reported years ago where the collation of the db's are wrong , but here I see the db is set correct with utf8_general_ci .
So I m wondering what is wrong , php version from 3.0.3.6 and 3.0.3.7 change or something relative ?
I have PHP Version 7.3.28 at the server btw.
Thanks

All the tables in the source code for the mail have a 20px margin at the bottom. None of your screenshots show this.iplocker wrote: ↑Sun Jun 20, 2021 11:50 pmHello.

You may not have changed it but maybe a theme, extension or your language pack has. Unless your email provider/client is corrupting it.
@straightlight where what ?
@ADD Creative The screenshot are not show all the order email , I have the default OC 3.0.3.7 no theme or extension or something else installed except the Greek Language from here:

For the characters issue, maybe it's this issue.
https://github.com/opencart/opencart/issues/6880
It looks like the attempted fix will make it worse and it seems this is another bug that has been ported to the 3.x branch without testing.
Try applying this change as encoding will work around the issue.
