Hello, hello! We have a problem with the PayPal Commerce Platform plugin, which is causing orders to get stuck. It is happening that the payment is done, it is visible in the order, but the order is in status "Missing orders". Any advice will be helpful. Thanks!
What is your OpenCart version? Are you using the latest version of the PayPal Commerce Platform module from the marketplace? Any errors in you server, PHP or OpenCart error logs?
We had the exact same issue a few months back. For us it was resolved by updating to the latest (at the time pre-) release, which the support team was kind enough to provide for us. I'm sure this has been fixed since and the latest version on the Marketplace would not produce this issue. If you updated the extension and the issue still persists, you should get in touch with the developers, we received exceptional support!
This is usually caused by missing IPNs (Instant Payment Notifications) which should be sent from Paypal to OpenCart after a successful payment.
