I'm using version 3.0.2.0 I had seem to be getting double orders from some customers. Is there something that the customer is doing that causes that? They both show up as pending, but 1 will have no order history and the other will have pending, which is our default. Any help would be appreciated.
I don't think there's a generic solution for this, since the issue is quite specific. You might wanna ask a developer to look into the issue personally.

What theme? Using any extensions that change checkout? What payment extension?

Are you using a one-page checkout extension? Quite a few of them are buggy, such as the Journal3 one-page checkout, or others.
