Version 3.0.3.2

I noticed at any given time randomly images are not showing on my product pages. It's not all of them and there seems to be no ryme or reason as to which ones aren't showing.

For example see link below. No images are showing on product page.

I have deleted cache, minify and image cache. Would love some assistance if anyone has any ideas?

There will be no assistance for any issues without a pattern.

Hi veenarani2312,

the link you refer to seems to be missing, could you please send it again?
Failure to find the pattern does in no way prove the lack of one, so you might just find some help here after all...

Not enough details. Please provide website URL, link to page with broken/missing image, and a list of extensions and theme used by your OpenCart site.

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig

A good idea would be to share a link to your site.

This results in a 404 error, probably an issue with missing SEO keyword in some of your categories.

But seriously: If you want some help here, you have to provide some more details.

If you're unable to provide a working link, I don't fancy your chances at fix this

Hi veenarani2312,

you are trying to lazy-load your server cached images through a cdn:

Code: Select all

<img title="Nardi Adjustable Omega Sling Chaise Lounge " nitro-lazy-src="https://nitrocdn.com/lbvblXLwEIDOKlRMfOwETpNZCyqBRVNx/assets/static/source/rev-da18127/image/cache/catalog/1Nardi/omegawhiteblue-600x600.jpg" class="img-1 img-responsive lazyloaded" nitro-lazy-empty="" src="https://nitrocdn.com/lbvblXLwEIDOKlRMfOwETpNZCyqBRVNx/assets/static/source/rev-da18127/image/cache/catalog/1Nardi/omegawhiteblue-600x600.jpg">
A recipe for disaster if you don't know what you're doing.

This is not an opencart issue, and is way beyond the scope of this forum. If you don't want to disable the extensions responsible for this, you could always try reaching out to the:
  1. Site developer (if you didn't build it yourself)
  2. Extension developer
  3. the Commercial Support section on this forum
(preferably in this order)

I hope you'll find help with resolving this issue,
Gergely
