Hi,
I have a website that was set up by a website designer - so not me! I cannot get hold of him and my website is doing this....

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes) in /homepages/1/d870344826/htdocs/public_html/vqmod/vqmod.php on line 168

So, no website and not a clue what this means or how to even begin to fix it!
Can anyone help in simple terms or maybe even sort it for me!
Many Thanks

Disable all your VqMod Extensions, except for the vqmod_opencart.xml in the vqmod/xml/... Section, by renaming them from xxx.xml to xxx.xml_ , clean out the entire VqCache Directory, and try again. And if it works, enable one VqMod Extension after one, to find out, wichone creates the error. And next time you come here, always mention the OC Version and Theme you use ... 8)

This is a generic PHP error. Google is your friend. If you're not able to solve it any way, create a request in Commercial Support section.

Add this to your site's .htaccess file to increase the memory that can be assigned to execute the PHP script:

Assuming that the hosting provider allows this.

php_value memory_limit 1024M

Just found an interesting topic on this matter, you could modify the vqmod.php file, as shown on the page linked below, to possibly avoid similar future problems with your OC:
