Hi,
I would like to add an SEO Url to the category list in Admin, does anyone have an idea what to change in the model to make this work?

You really, REALLY need to be more specific. Because even after this message it seems that you want to have SEF URLs in admin.

Ok. In Admin > Catalog > Categories we have [Category List].
I would like to ADD to this [Category List] additional field SEO URL (no needs to be sortable).
Can anyone help?

Well, in this case you need some extra coding. You need to add a query for "keyword" value from "seo_url" table and add it to "categories" array. That's it.
