My background image isn't repeating?

Anyone know how to fix this on my site? http://www.funeralhomeflowers.org

If you look on the stylesheet.css of my file I have it set to repeat this background image but it will not. Only repeating the top portion for some reason. I am wanting this background image to be in the entire background.

My background image will not show up at all. No matter what I do it stays flat white. I am a noob only at this for a few weeks but css, especially this issue, seems pretty easy. Until now anyways, with opencart 1.5.1 I have edited the stylesheet.css at /catalog/view/theme/default/stylesheet to appear:
