basic functions such as pay per click, pay per impression etc.
and generate click rate, statistics report for the click rate of my banners, images etc.

I think that's the sort of code that can be added to templates from Google Ads etc to display their ads and that takes care of PPC when your site visitors click on the Google Ads generated by their code that you add to your template files.
