Please use the contact us link from the Resources link menu at the top of the site or the contact us link at the footer of the site. Then, select the drop-down category menu accordingly for the Accounts and Billing team to review your tickets where you can either create new incident requests or reply to them.

Still i cannot find the open tickets so as to answer them an close them. When i get a notify to my email i follow the link ( for example https://support.opencart.com/hc/en-us/requests/265393) but i cannot close it after i answer it as i mentioned before.

You can't. Developers cannot close any tickets they respond to, so you just have to wait until the OpenCart team does it. They usually close all tickets 2 or 3 months after the last response, so you just have to wait until then.

Hopefully someday they fix this, since it would be nice to be able to open/close tickets ourselves, but I'm guessing they do it for control reasons. It certainly makes more work for the support team, though.

Hello,
You need a bit of patience for about a month or two.
It usually closes down where there is no response from both sides for a month.
So, just wait calmly, the tickets will be closed soon
