OpenCart and Joomla

Does Opencart run with Joomla, if so how does one install it into the Joomla directory, please

what do you mean 'run' with joomla? opencart is not a joomla extension. there may be a bridge somewhere out there but i'm not aware of it.

A 'bridge' is certainly possible in concept. We're looking into it at the moment.
