Developer wanted for new site

Hi I'm using OpenCart 3 and looking for a devloper quote for the following changes,
Basically I offer FREE delivery within the UK, + Same day delivery to local caravan parks if order received before 1pm, I need the below changes.

Delivery:
FREE UK Delivery (change the word "shipping" to delivery)
We need to give an option to deliver to a caravan park with our same day delivery service (orders before 1pm ) - Delivery upto 8pm 7 days a week
Payments:
• Default Nochex
• Optional for caravan same day delivery only (Cash on Delivery)

REMOVE:
• Wishlist
• Remove Compare

I'm looking for quotes to make these changes ASAP
