Upsell pop up option for OC 2.3.0.2 Journal 2.14 Quick checkout

After X seconds, a popup at the checkout page, customer could be offered another of the highest value item in their cart at an X% discount - just click YES or NO, for item to be added to their basket, all without leaving the checkout.

The offer would only show once per session.
