We currently have a Opencart V3.0.3.2 and it is running a very basic theme, we are looking to hire someone who can recreate the theme and make it look how we would like, more responsiive and modern compared to the market our site is in and possible hiring on further work afterwards.
Theme needs to have:
Mobile compatibility
SEO friendly
W3 standards
Please can anyone help? And any ideas on how much time and cost it should roughly cost? the site once finished will have several categories, and 10k+ products.
