API Development to Integrate OpenCart with An Accounting System

Hi,

I'm using OC2.3.x and using another accounting system as well. Currentl, our accountat does all the manual work to data enter sales into the accounting system.

We came to know that we can use the accounting system's API so that OC sends all orders (invoices) to the accounting system. Which will save us time!

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Automated creation of invoices on Aliphia.
• Automated creation of products on Aliphia.
• Automated creation of customers on Aliphia.
• Email report sent after each run to Marwan and accountant (email addresses should be easy to modify from OpenCart admin).
• The email report to include: time stamp the API run, list of successful invoices created, list of failed to create invoices, list of products created, list of customers created, list of products failed to create, list of customers failed to create.

DESIGN CONSTRAINTS

• All products are created on both systems, Aliphia and Opencart.

PS: Aliphia is the accounting system name.
