Hey, everybody!

I wonder, does an Amazon Payments extension exist at all? I couldn't find anything =(
I need Amazon Payments on my website, should I really write the extension by myself?

Thanks in advance.

I have it on my to-do list, because I need it myself, will write one when I have time, probably sometime in August.

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig

LOL I actually have it on my todo list as well. I'll probably start on it once I finish up the product comparison mod I'm currently working on.

Hi again! For now I manged to write a module using Amazon FPS, but it only handles order placement (no cancellation or refund). Thinking of how to implement order management now...

Is there an Amazon FPS module?

I would like a way to use Amazon FPS to bill for my products.

I guess you decided not to read the thread, but just to post something at the end ignoring the entire thread?

No, you'd be wrong. I read the thread and it said people were thinking about creating this type of module. So I asked if there was such a module.

Hi,

Is there any news on the amazon module? This is something that would literally save my life lol. Unless there are any other alternatives to google checkout and paypal, that have opencart modules.

Thanks,

Hi,

There are two Amazon payment extensions here:

http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... order=DESC

http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... order=DESC

However, neither mention compatibility with 1.4.9.3 and neither have encouraging ratings or comments. Has anyone had experience with either of these? Please post if you have!!

Thank you,
Jared

No I haven't tried them. I don't think theres a demo for the system working and how it integrates either because I purely want to use amazon as my payment method because to cut a long story short, I'm not allowed to use paypal and google checkout holds the money for 10 days which I can't have.

Hmmm

PM me if you want help with using PayPal again...

As for Amazon payments, I'm really not sure what to do - not sure that springing $30 - $50 then spending two hours fully setting up one of these extensions is the way to go when no one has used them and there is no test-drive option. I do need some kind of solution though, as I'm sure many others do, because Amazon is huge!

Thank you,
Jared
