Hello, I am currently setting up a site using opencart 1.5.1.3.
Everything has been going somewhat smooth until today...
All of the sudden I can not access the products page from the administrator back end. Only a blank page loads.
Does anybody have any idea what could be causing this?
Thanks
~

Please first check if the corresponding files are still in place:

admin/view/template/catalog/product_form.tpl

and

admin/view/template/catalog/product_list.tpl

In my install these files are on the same level as the _notes folder (not in them). They should have 755 or 777 permissions. Both settings should work.

I'm running the same version as you are. Everyone starts fresh OC some day. So did I recently and I have lots of questions to be resolved.

Did you copy the files to the catalog folder?

Well I only have a few options left (you could say I'm clueless :P):

- clear the browser cache
- clear OC cache
- try another browser

Thanks for the help but none of that worked either. Could installing an extension mess things up and make this happen? kinda went extension crazy there yesterday...

Possibly could mess some things up if you go on an extension installation spree. Sorry I can't help you any further. Good luck!

PROBLEM FIXED! Checked error log and found the openbay extension was fouling things up. Removed the files via ftp and now everything works fine! Hope this helps someone someday. :)

There's an error log for a reason. Now we both know why :-)
