Undefined variable notice on checkout page

Hi,

I have the latest version of Open Cart installed and I'm using the most recent Shoppica template. I am testing stuff on my site and trying to place an order using guest checkout. On the billing info page the info below appears at the bottom along with a drop down box that has only default options.
Notice: Undefined variable: entry_account in /home3/uniquei0/public_html/catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/template/checkout/guest.tpl on line 36

I don't know what either of these things are or how to go about correcting this. I would really appreciate some help.

When viewed from that error, this related with shoppica2 theme, try to ask the developer.
