I am using 1.5.5.1 and authorize.net AIM.

Almost all of my orders go through correctly without issue, but I get 1-3 a week that will not. This issue did not happen before I upgraded to 1.5.5.1. I was on 1.5.3.1

It will go ahead and charge the credit card, but the order is never marked as processed in opencart. I have to grab it as a missing order and manually mark it as processed, and it does not have any of the authorize.net info attached to it..

Anyone know how to troubleshoot this? I am not seeing any errors in the open cart error page, or the cpanel error page.

Had another one tonight. The customer was entering an order, but had a question and called in before they finished it, and I used the admin section to make the changes and submit the order for them, and I could see their order in the missing orders area, but also, when I submitted an order for them, mine went to missing also...

So there was now 2 in missing for them. Their credit card was only hit for the one I did though, so I marked the order as pending in the admin since the card was hit. Auth.net had the order id and charged, but open cart doesnt know it! I probably had 12 other orders work fine today.

Can any one give some advice on how to fix this?

Same thing here. Had the problem in 1.5.4.1 and there was supposed to be a fix in 1.5.5.1 but my authorize.net orders still get sent to the missing orders.

Would really appreciate some info on this and how to fix this if that is a possibility.

The issue did not exist in 1.5.3.1 for me.

What would you say the number of orders out of 100 go missing for you?

Well I'm fairly new to open cart but so far every order out of 8 that I've received via authorize has gone to missing. The transaction still shows up and processes fine at authorize.net though.

i am running 1.5.2.1 and having the same issues. it only recently started though (2 months maybe) and seems to be related to the "duplicate order" error from my customer feedback.
