I need an extension or a workaround for an invoice for a customer order then later sending an amended invoice with shipping added manually. I have installed an extension called Bill Me which seemed good but then I received an internal server error when I attempted to use it . Not a programmer so have no idea how to fix this. Any ideas ? I have read many many things online but none match what I want to achieve.

Because shipping costs has to be finalized BEFORE the customer is buying.

Seems to e bug in the language file.
Simpy open this file with an editor (e.g. wordpad or notepad++) and check that line (36) or the one above (35).
You should see what is wrong, correct that line, save and you are fine.
If you are not able to do so, contact the developer of this extension.

There is no free WORKING Version of Bill Me available for v.1.5.6.x 
I have tried, but found too many error things.
