Hello,
Version V2.0.1.1.
Problem I cannot block Dangerous IP addresses from the control panel.
I distinctly remember seeing green "block ip" buttons when a cıstomer was seen at the control panel. Now there is only a blue button and it is disbaled.
Anyone had that problem?
Regards,
Aziz

Do you mean block ip like the attache image?
Could you provide your site url and a admin account via PM, so I can take a look at the problem closer?

I block IPs using my cPanel. That way they are banned from my whole site. Banning them as a customer isn't enough.

Hello,
I saw the page that you are talking about. Yes that can do the trick. I also checeked with my Hosting firm on how to block from the panel. However I distinctly remember green tags coming from the sides which said block customer on it now I don't see any of them. At the online customer report/list page.
Regards and thank you for both answers.
