Hi folks, opencart novice looking for a little help.....Is there any way you can set the store to accept an order but wait until its accepted before requiring payment from the customer.

You could potentially use Collect Payment Later for that. That would let the customer place the order, and you could then review it before requiring payment. Once you decided it needed to be paid for, you could change the order status to the specific status that triggers the payment link e-mail (or manually send it using the button the extension adds).

Feel free to take a look at the screenshots and demo site, and if you're interested let me know at www.getclearthinking.com/contact if you have any further questions.

I authorize all payments instead of directly charging them (a setting in my payment processor setup) so I can verify the order then charge the customer.

Running Opencart v3.0.3.2 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
