Can't Install Extensions

I keep trying to install an extension called Export/Import Tool, which is compatible with my OpenCart version (3.0.2.0)

I also tried to copy the folders from the Zip file onto the Webserver but the extension doesn't show up in the list.

Here is the error message I get:

Contact the extension publisher from where you downloaded the extension for assistance based on the Export / Import tool.

its doing it with any extension I try

Try this solution: viewtopic.php?f=201&t=187056&p=683607 and see if it resolves the issue. Clear out your Opencart cache and browser cache after trying this solution and before reinstalling an extension.
