It's complicated to advise when do not know what was really erased or changed. So... my suggestion just make a fresh install. Before it, backup your database. and all what you need. And never delete English default Language. It is more easy I hope ;)

Okay, i will do the fresh install, probably better. But before i loose all my items in the shop, i want to confirm i take the correct steps :).

1) back up in open cart. I keep all items marked in the Export tab (print screen 1).
2) download Opencart 3.0 again and make a clean install
3) go to back up and select import backup (print screen 2)
