Well, if you really expect support on such, better add a Link to
your Site, everything else would just be plain speculation.

Hi Forum
I do not understand the problem with my OC.
I have setup it on my localhost (wamp) and tried to open the opencart default website store and admin panel on mobile browser then it does not show css stylesheet only simple HTML. Is that Opencart problem ? Kindly let me know?

Well, since you are working on a local Server, possibly, this Server is not
configured according requirements. So, better place the software into a
real Site, then, one could possibly check.
Good Luck

I have encountered this problem, too. But luckily I found the reason of the problem. In localhost and on my mobile browser, when I click any link, then it redirect me to localhost. But I was on the 192.168.1.35, so it should have redirect me to 192.168.1.35 .
The reason of this, while installing opencart on localhost, it makes all redirects according to localhost. So if you install first on your public server, it should work on everywhere correctly. All of this is my opinion.

Just configure your test server to using your 192.168.1.35 IP-address in the config.php and admin/config.php files.
