I'm migrating Opencart 2.0.3.1 onto a new webserver, and have followed the guide (http://docs.opencart.com/en-gb/administ ... ng-server/)
Config.php had been modified accordingly
All files and DB have been copied to the new server
DB credentials have been tested and working
Store URLs are the same, so no changes needed

However, I am receiving this error at the homepage:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ',' in /home/XXX/public_html/system/helper/json.php(126) : runtime-created function on line 1
Logging into the admin page also produces the same error.

What is the cause, and how can I fix this?
Just in case if you wanted to see, the website: www.vc-art.my

Right now, the error is:

Warning: require_once(./vqmod/vqmod.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/vcartmy/public_html/index.php on line 17

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required './vqmod/vqmod.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php70/usr/share/pear') in /home/vcartmy/public_html/index.php on line 17

Make sure vqmod is properly installed and clear the vqmod cache as well.

Cleared the cache, and the same issue is happening again.
