Hi, I found few bugs when I add / edit order on the admin dashboard.
/admin/index.php?route=sale/order/add
/admin/index.php?route=sale/order/edit

Add Order From Admin Dashboard

Bug 1: I tried to create an order manually from admin dashboard, when I add a product at (Step 2 - Products), the product is not showing up on the product table list /cart.

Bug 2: On (Step 3), after I key in the Payment Details (billing address) and click continue button, it skip (Step 4 - Shipping Details), and I reach (Step 5 - Totals) page. I confirmed that all my products need shipping, it should reach (Step 4) after I clicked continue on (Step 3).

Edit Order From Admin Dashboard

Bug 3: I tried to update the product quantity on (Step 2), after I clicked the refresh button, the quantity is not updated.

Bug 4: <same as Bug 1>

Any of you also face the same problem? I need a solution for this urgently...

Check your developers kit by hitting F12 and see the console tab. Then, by reproducing what you describe, see if there are any errors showing on that tab until the end of your test.

I see the errors below on the console when this page is loaded: /admin/index.php?route=sale/order/add
Other than these, I'm not seeing any error. I'm not able to save the order on (Step 5) as Shipping Method is required to save it.

Do you have any clue? Thanks

I just tried on Chrome, I see error below:

Failed to set referrer policy: The value '' is not one of 'no-referrer', 'no-referrer-when-downgrade', 'origin', 'origin-when-cross-origin', 'same-origin', 'strict-origin', 'strict-origin-when-cross-origin', or 'unsafe-url'. The referrer policy has been left unchanged.

This issue is a compatibility problem with bootstrap CSS and the device known with tablets / firefox. Try with IE, Edge, Chrome on your laptop / desktop / MAC to see if the issue can be reproduced.

On IE, I see error below:

first 2 lines occur when /admin/index.php?route=sale/order is loaded
3rd line occur when /admin/index.php?route=sale/order/add is loaded
4th and 5th line occur after i click the Save button and press on the Cancel button to go back to /admin/index.php?route=sale/order page.

However, on IE, all the bugs that mentioned above are not occurring. I'm able to add the selected product on the product cart table, I'm able to update the product quantity, I'm able to reach (Step 4) to enter Shipping Details.

On Chrome, I only see error below:

All the bugs that I mentioned on 1st thread occur on Chrome and Firefox.

Then, in this case, it's as I said, it might be a browser compatibility issue. However, since you claim that on IE, it's running fine but not on Edge, this is still an issue. Possibly with your .NET Framework packaging from Windows Update at this point as it can also affect Google Chrome and Firefox. Try from another station / laptop and see if the described issue can be reproduced by each browsers.

Which company host do you use? I used A2 hosting, I met the same problem as you.

are you setting Referrer-Policy headers in either an extension or htaccess?

Hi, I have solved this issue by adding Header set Referrer-Policy "origin" on the htaccess
