They ask for the purchase code. The theme was not purchased by me so i don't have it. Any idea?

What you have selected for custom field? Account or Address?
Or edit a custom field and make a screenshot.

I upload 3 screenshots. As you can see the field during register process is showing up. I want to show it also on checkout page.

Have you tried it with the default theme, just to narrow it down?

it should work for journal as well, at least it does for me. even though your opencart version is ancient, did you refresh modifications and empty the theme cache ?

Journal is a complicated piect of kit. Personally I wouldn't use it. I've had clients with Journal issues before and it's like picking through spaghetti trying to find a piece of string. For my clients who mostly want simple, fast and reliable sites Journal is overkill.

Well, regardless of what you think about it, it probably the best performing
Extension Money Generator ever created for OC. And, compared with, what it
contains on Code Lines, (1'000+ per Page) it's quite speedy too, if one makes
use of the Caching functions available. The MAIN Problem is, that it's Theme
if only PART of Code, used, to make it work. And such potentially leads to Problems,
if one tries to install an Extension / Mod, built for a 'default' OC Installation.

New Users are just not aware of that, and Journal itself does not care about,
and they are not interested in working on a Forum for free, because too many
'black Sheaps' could eventually profit from such Assistance.

Strictly from the Business Point of View, I would even agree with such a Policy.
It's just not very nice, to leave it to Places like here, to hopefully solve their Users
Problems, for free, and sure nothing ever in return ...

Perhaps it would make sense to get some clarifications from Daniel or OpenCart Ltd on whether, and if so, how, to support commercial 3rd party extensions like Journal via this forum, especially if an extension isn't even available from the OpenCart marketplace.
