I am a Web Developer and I work with git.
I want for safety's sake before changing anything, to make the changes first on my local machine.

I installed Opencart using XAMPP on my local machine, I tried installing addons with the Marketplace API and I encounter errors.
What do I do?
Is there any guide to follow for development/production environments?

You can try the ngrok to make your localhost to the public with https.

have same issue, but the problem seem that OpenCart doesn't follow the host-header property... working on a quick fix, but frustrating...
