New install on AWS EC2 amazon linux 2 and RDS - install not resolving the RTDS Hostname

Hi all.

I am new to opencart . I am trying ot install opencart 3.0.2.0 on an EC2 Amazon Linux 2 server with a mysql RDS adatbase.

Basically everything looks fine however when I try to complete the database configuration I get the following error In the above WARNING the DBHOSTAME actually resolves to the host EC2 instances IP and not the IP of the database .

Its resolvable via nslookup and I can contact the port using nc so no issues there.

ANy suggestions would be welcome.
