Hi
I have my site at http://auroravendeghaz.eu5.org and cpanel at http://auroravendeghaz.eu5.org/cpanel.
Server path is /home/vhosts/auroravendeghaz.eu5.org.
phpMyAdmin is preinstalled at http://auroravendeghaz.eu5.org/pma/ .

I copied the directories and files as instructed in the video, made the sql db, etc till installation.

I wanted to install Opencart 3.0.3.3. but fails due to some reasons (http://auroravendeghaz.eu5.org/opencart ... /index.php)
I tried pasting the error message here but kept getting flagged as "Forbidden. Message seems to be spam". So I attached a screen capture of the error instead.

Can you please help me? Thx

While the provided image link shows an empty image, your folder permissions are incorrectly set from FTP as instructed from the install.txt file included in the Opencart ZIP file downloaded from Opencart.com . If you'd like, you could always create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum, or contact a reliable Opencart Partners from the Resources link on the top of the site, or contact me directly to get this done as a custom job.

Hello there,

We hope you are doing well.

Please confirm your STORAGE_DIR (/home/vhosts/auroravendeghaz.eu5.org/opencart/system/storage/)path must be valid and writable,

As per your error it seems Permission issue , please check that and update

Write to us if still face this issue.

You will find this constant STORAGE_DIR in config.php file in both admin and catalog dir

Thanks!!

Hi

Thx for your advice. I made a mistake by not setting the proper permission to 755, which I corrected right now but nothing changed. Appears the same error message.
Regarding the constant STORAGE_DIR in config.php file in both admin and catalog: in admin dir the file is empty, and in the catalog directory thee is no config.php file, only the directories.

Can you please help me?
