Automatic product price update module

Hello everyone!
I am using Opencart 2.3.0.2 with Pavilion theme.
I am looking for a module that can automatically update my product prices for my webshop. So basically if I have a Google Spreadsheet in which I change the price of 3 products, later (or at the set time) the module updates the products price automatically.
Unfortunately I don't have a developer right now and I don't really have time to update all the prices, I have to make it by myself.
Is there a solution for this? Downloading, then uploading the product list with the prices takes too much time, I need it to be automated.

No. It's fine if all of the product's prices are updated automatically, I don't mind.
But I need it to read it from a spreadsheet where whenever I change a price it will change on the site too.
Is it possible? Will it work with 2.3.0.2?

No, my new extension will be a module and use no external sheets or something like .txt, csv, etc.

What you'll need to have is an extension that can be ran by a cron job, get the spreadsheet (or csv file), match the product in the spreadsheet to the product in the database and update the price. THEN if you have specials you'll most likely want to have those updated too.
You might want to look at the marketplace and see if there is something there.
