Google says there are two different code snippets that need to be installed for Google Tag Manager, one in the HEAD section of the site, one in the BODY section:
I am trying to use the included Google Analytics extension (that comes with OpenCart 18.104.22.168
However, you can only add code to the HEAD section from there.
Any idea how to install Google Tag Manager on OpenCart?

Otherwise, you'd need to edit the header.tpl or header.twig file of your theme to add the suggest code.
