Any code I put in the extension Google Analytics that comes with OpenCart, is then duplicated (actually 3 times)

Any idea why or how to solve?

Without further details, nobody can help you. What OpenCart version do you use? What extensions? What web theme? Is the latter compliant with OpenCart standards?
