Hi,
I want to ask how to troubleshoot front-end error when customer try to complete the order and it only pops up either "error" or "error undefined"?
I checked the back-end error log and there is nothing show in the log.
Is there any other place I can look for what's the error actaully means?

Thank you.

F12->console tab

Thank you very much for your reply. Will see if I can do that when the error pops up again next time.

that would be too late, you need that tool to be open to see these errors fly by.
So open it and the browse around to trigger the error.

Sounds like you should pay a developer from the Commercial Support Forum.
