add pinterest event tracking code to success </head>

Hello I am using Opencart 2.3.0.2 together with Journal 3 theme and i want to add the Pinterest event code which track who completes a transaction , I need to add this code only to the checkout success page, I am using Journal one page chekcout . Any idea how I can add this code ?

By creating an event, this could be easily accomplished despite the theme you are using.
