Hey guys how's it going?

I installed this extension that apparently was adapted for 3.x version but I couldn't make it work.
Where should it be in the dashboard where I see the abandoned carts?

Maybe I'm doing something wrong. The module shows up in the extensions > modules menu. I already tried the cache thing.

Thanks for any help! :)

This would be the person to contact
Contact thehomestra@gmail.com for help

Maybe someone will download it and debug it - but it is a lot to ask

well, that should not be too difficult but personally, if I do not complete a purchase and then would be harrased by a follow-up email, I would be very annoyed.
If I have difficulty completing a purchase, I would let you know.

I agree with you 100% and we are not aiming to contact or harass people that didn't complete purchases just gather information on which products they were trying to buy before leaving. Mainly because we deliver our products only on Fridays and we take orders till Thursday so if someone tries to buy after that they would receive NEXT week and probably, when they realize that, abandon.
That way we may improve our logistics or whatever we need to.

right but an abandoned cart only tells you what they were interested in, not why they lost interest.

Hello Opencart Community,

Well, in my humble opinion, there can be many reasons why the customers left the cart abandoned. What if there's an issue with the payment or something is not working in the checkout process, or maybe a customer needs a second decision or may need better pricing?

It is a good idea to contact the customer and reinitiate the purchase process where he/she may left. On that note, you can check the Webkul's Opencart Abandoned Cart extension, allowing the admin to view the customer name, email, time, and more in the grid format.

Further, if you need some other help with the abandoned cart issues, let us know.

Thanks
Rohit.

No it isn't.

I'm not gonna contact them anyway, I agree 100% with you. The only way I want this is to be able to see what they were interested in, nothing more.

Thanks!

You can copy only that code and paste in your file.

That solved other issues with other OCMODs I installed but not with this one. It simply doesn't show up in the "profile" menu. The "log" on Extensions > Modifications doesn't show anything regarding this extension either.
